Innovation Award
The SRC Innovation Award recognizes and celebrates patents and intellectual property (IP) arising from SRC research that have made a significant impact on the semiconductor industry.
Nominations are accepted from the SRC community.
Patents eligible for nomination must be 5 - 15 years from the original issue date at the time the nomination is filed. All nominated patents must be actively maintained and have originated from an SRC-funded research award. Award winners will be the listed inventors on the selected patent, with the physical award given where possible to the project leader listed on the original SRC-funded research award.
